We are excited to announce an Invoice Validation Specialist working remotely from India. If you are ready to grow your skills in invoice validation while contributing to a dynamic, mission-driven organization, this role is perfect for you.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Oversee the invoice validation process to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and comply with internal and external regulations.
• Work with invoice validation software tools, including Oracle Apps R12 for automated and manual validation.
• Use MS Excel and advanced data processing techniques to create detailed financial reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot validation errors and ensure smooth reconciliation processes.

Key Requirements:

• Invoice validation and reconciliation tasks within Oracle Apps or other ERP systems.
• Handling AP invoice interface validation and identifying discrepancies.
• Managing billing validation processes and generating reports.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations through proactive invoice validation checks.

Educations: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BAF, BMS, BE/BTech (2022/2023/2024)

Experience: Fresher
