• Handel to back office – process for financial handling various stages of the client product 
• KYC, reference data processing Legal documents finance portfolio renewal document
• Responsibilities also include data collection organization data processing system installations and updates reconciliation, settlements and financial transactions.
• This role involves preparing reports using MS Excel, and also requires external interaction with

Key Requirements:

• Risk Identification and Escalation: Proactively identifying and escalating risks while promptly reporting outstanding issues to clients.

• Trade Support Activities: Executing trade confirmation matching and pre-settlement support.

• Syndicated Loans and Corporate Action Operations: Handling the operational aspects of syndicated loans and setting up corporate actions.

• Capital Market Operational Management: Managing additional capital market tasks beyond the trade lifecycle, including reference data support.

• Financial Product Mastery: Continuously learning and mastering various financial products such as:

  • Equity Securities and Derivatives
  • Interest Rate Swaps
  • FX Spot, Options, Futures
  • Credit Derivatives Swaps
  • Commodities Derivatives
  • Fixed Income Products (e.g., corporate and treasury bonds

Educations: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BAF, BMS, BE/BTech (2022/2023/2024)

Experience: Fresher
